Celebrity trainer, Claud Serjeant started training Gyunel in 2003. Gyunel depends on her body for her career,so when she came to Claud, her main aims were to be fit enough to keep up with her kids. Claud put her straight onto a bespoke celebrity training program working on her fitness levels and keeping her lean.

Darren suffered with lower back pain and was referred to Move Three Sixty by his physiotherapist. He received specialist personal training that incorporated corrective exercises, corrective progressive stretching treatments and core based training.

Elin Haf Davies: Adventurer & World Record Holder
Elin is best known for her sailing and rowing adventures. Elin wanted functional strength and injury prevention to prepare her for her next challenge, to sail across the Pacific Ocean. She also wanted to shift some weight and came in twice a week to train with Tony miller CHEK Exercise coach.
