Price per class - £20. First class is half price! Maximum per class is 6 people to ensure safety and attention to detail. Classes will be cancelled by MTS if there are 2 persons or less. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the classes commence. If cancellations are within the 24 hour period then payment from the client will be forfeited. All classes are 50 minutes. 

Student price - Purchase a 10 class card and pay only £15 per class. Must show proof of current student ID card.

4 classes / month =£54

8 classes /2 month =£100

12 classes / 3 months =£138 

Note: Showers are restricted to private paying clients only

TRX Body Blast - Suspension straps are used over the world to train athletes, NFL players olympians and the general public who want to get lean and incorporate fitness, stability and core strength into their regime.

Boxing TRX Circuit - A fusion class that incorporates two very dynamic systems that will improve core stability, strength, endurance and cardiovascular health.

Kettlebells - Learn how to use your body dynamically and ballistically through kettlebell training. Engage the entire body at once and learn functional movements that correlate to real life. Improve your strength and power and condition your physique fast!

300 Spartan Training - A hard and fast but safe circuit for those who are interested in doing some good old fashioned functional lifting to improve strength and endurance. A new library of exercises!

Yoga by Candlelight - Ideal at the end of a long working day, this class is dynamic but deeply relaxing, opening the body and working on a cellular level to create balance in the nervous system aiding stress, insomnia, addictions and other nervous disorders.

Pilates - Spend an hour strengthening you core and toning your body with this super mat class. All levels welcome.
