Deep Tissue/Sports Massage is a therapy that focuses on realigning deep muscle fibres and connective tissues that cannot be lengthened via stretching alone. It is a fantastic tool for people who have chronically tight areas of the body such as stiff necks, low back tighness or sore shoulders. Having any of these can be tough on the body both physically and mentally.
We also do the following treatments:

It is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension.

Some of the massage strokes used as classic massage therapy, but there are movements that are slower and the pressure is deeper and more concentrated on areas of tension and pain. This will get into the deep tissues of the body to release tight muscles having a euphoric effect on the body.
Our Move Three Sixty Therapists can perform numerous techniques to ensure that each muscle in the body is relaxed and back to its normal muscle length. Creating balance in the musculoskeletal system is important to ensure that posture is improved, muscle tone in the right areas are created and ultimately aches and pains are diminished.
