The Move Three Sixty Clinic Presents:

Fat doesn't make you fat!

2-5 pm Saturday 28th January 2012

In this workshop I will explore the orginins of Fat in the diet, fad diets, low fat diets, the role of fat, why fat is essential, fat and cholesterol and fat and hormones.
Since opening Move Three Sixty Clinic in June 2011 I have worked with 30 clients Nutritionally for an 8 week minimum. Many people come to me specifically for weight loss, some come becasue they cannot sleep, some for weight gain, eating disorders, hormonal issues, bad skin or just be be healthy again. Whether or not people want to lose weight the fact is that if you eat to your metabolic type you will lose weight if your body has weight to lose until the body reaches homeostasis. Homeostasis is when the body is in balance. Whatever your symptoms are Metabolic Typing is for you.

Find the diet that is right for you, achieve your ideal weight, improve your concentration and energy, prevent and reverse disease and look fantastic!

What you will learn

1. The origins of Metabolic Typing

2. Why one size does not fit all

3. Why we are all different and why we need to eat differently and move differently

4. The vital role of hormones in the body and in the water we drink

5. Primal movement and movement patterns to stimulate organ health

6. The importance of sleep and circadian rhythms

7. The role of fat and why eating fat does not make you fat!

8. How to eat seasonally, organically and economically

9. How to lose weight and keep it off forever

10. How to prevent and reverse disease and use food as your medicine, not your poison!

11. Why women have a harder time losing weight!

This workshop will be very informative and you will be able to apply it immediately. It will change your view on foods and how to approach personal problems if you have them. All questions will be answered and there will be plenty of handouts.
