Golf Biomechanic

certified-golf-fitness-instructor.jpggolf-biomechanic-trainer.jpg

Do you have any of the following Golf faults?

  • Excessive head movement
  • Lacking in shoulder rotation
  • Sliding the hips through the ball
  • Not following through
  • Over rotation in the swing
  • Wrist,elbow,shoulder or back problems
  • Lacking in distance
  • Lacking in consistency

If you have any issues with your game then our Golf Biomechanic will be able to improve your game and lower your handicap. Most golfers have swing faults such as poor pelvic to shoulder separation, sliding of the hips through the ball, casting the clubhead or excessive head movement during the swing to name a few.

All of the faults above can be due to physical limitations such as muscle imbalances, poor flexibility, poor posture and poor stability. If you are struggling to make improvements with your golf lessons it is probably due to physical limitations stopping you performing what your teaching professional is instructing you to do.

Our Golf Biomechanic will perform a Golf Specific Physical Assessment to determine any physical limitations which are decreasing your golf performance. He will then construct a bespoke program to help you achieve your potential and decrease your handicap. The program may consist of improving joint range of motion, improving posture and balance, increasing joint stability, strength and power.

Golf is a very technical game and requires optimal biomechanics of the body to accurately and consistently strike the golf ball. Move Three Sixty's Golf Biomechanic is essential to your game, more so than your set of clubs!
