Primal Movement Workshops 28th July 6-9 pm
There will be six 25 min workshops that you can sign up for.
Learn how to move your body functionaly with a squat, lunge, pull, push,twist, jump and hop.
Claud Serjeant and Luke Marshal will be taking 3 workshops each for beginners and imtermediate athletes/trainers.
Hannah Richards and Natalie Trait will be taking running sessions, teaching the basics of 'Pose Running' and the foundations of good techniques.
Anna Dibbo White, Marzena Bojdo and Olga Wroblewska will be offereing Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology and Deep Tissue Therapy.
