Booking now for Tenerife  February 2011

Come and join us this February to the beautiful hills of Tenerife. This holiday is designed to move your body and open your mind to fitness and health. Before you go you will be Metabolically typed so that all your meals during the week are specifically designed for you and your type. This will be a great introduction into Metabolic Typing. During the week there will be daily Yoga, massage, functional core training, rehabilitation, Nutritional Consultations and movement workshops with personal trainers to keep you busy and entertained. The Villa is suituated in the Hills of Los Cristianos where fresh produce grows all year round and the sun is always out. Come and get your mind and body in the best shape of it's life!

SAMPLE ITINERARY

7:00 AM Morning energizer: Yoga or Stretch followed by exercise circuit training

8.00 AM Metabolic Typing Breakfast - A bounty of fresh fruit and high quality protein dishes each to your own metabolic type.

9:30 AM Off site activity - Local adventures that will surprise you with fitness challenges that venture further afield! All of our locations are picked for their uniquely beautiful landscapes and we make an effort to incorporate the countryside at every turn.

Activities include: Hiking, Kayaking, Cycling, Surfing (in Portugal and Canary Islands locations, one surf lesson is included), Swimming and exploring the local culture. We also take time to relax and enjoy the landscapes during every activity!

12:00 PM Picnic Lunch - Variety of delicious and nutrient packed salads, home made energy bars, and fruit to fuel your body

2:30 PM Functional Training & Core Conditioning

3:30 PM Post Workout Nutrition

3:35 PM Optional: Relax, Massage, nutrition or fitness chats, one-on-one nutrition discussions, exercise or rehabilitation discussions

6:00 PM Restorative Yoga, Relaxation Stretch

7:15PM Briefing: Learn all about the fun that awaits tomorrow!

7:30 PM Delicious Dinner - refuel your body after all the hard work!

We also take time to relax and de-stress throughout the day. While our experts provide educational information about nutrition and healthy lifestyle.
