His passion for a diverse range of sports and strength training has meant that he periodizes program to meet the demands of ones activities or specific goals. Luke’s approach comes from using a variety of tools and movements and getting people to move the whole body as one unit making each session highly functional and metabolic so naturally you’ll improve posture, increase muscle tone and burn fat! His philosophy is to create healthy natural pain free movements so you can enjoy your sports, activities or life minimizing pain and dysfunction.

"Having tried everything, from gyms to my own customised exercise routine with a DVD, in my determination to aroute back to fitness, after cancer treatments in 2007. Then alas,I discovered Move Three Sixty in NW6.

The TRX Suspension System is so natural for the body - using my own strength to work with the straps in a way that seems natural for the body. Lukes style is EMPOWERING, paced and measured according to individual need.  Great fun - because its invigorating and does not feel like the usual gym routine of punishment!
I really recommend you give it a go and discover for yourself. Oh and by the way I am not 21 anymore!!"
