Power Yoga

A vigorous dynamic class that stems from the primary series of Ashtanga, put into flowing Vinyasa sequences that creates heat in our system to burn through toxins and impurities making the class an ideal detox, cardio workout and strength building session.

Restorative Flow Yoga

Ideal at the end of a long working day, this class is dynamic but deeply relaxing, opening the body and working on a cellular level to create balance in the nervous system aiding stress, insomnia, addictions and other nervous disorders. There’s a lot of focus on breath work and slower sequencing, encouraging a deeper meditative experience.
